Campbell PD actually did the other driver a favor. Not me. He could have easily sent me on my way, towed the other car, and charged the other guy with hit and run. A misdemeanor. On top of that, what happened to me has happened to many other people in that parking lot. According to the officer, this is how they normally handle this type of incident. They have learned from experience. He knew one of the business had a P/A system and asked the business if they could broadcast a message for the owner of the Pontiac to step forward. If anyone got the kitten glove treatment, it was the other gentleman, not me.

you would be lucky to even claim it against him if he doesnt admit it or if you or someone didnt witness it. ive worked in the insurance industry for years and thats the way it works. i was in the same situation before, but they couldnt go after the guy. i still beat his *** though.
