So this happen last weekend halloween night. I was in the Jack-n-Box drive thru waiting in line when some dumbasss passed the wndow where you pay and backed up into my car and hit it. The thing is my car was in nutral so he just pushed my car back didnt even do much damage so I wasnt trippin but I still go his info. But now that I got a carwash I can see strees marks on the bumper and two lil bumps. hardly visable. But what im trippin about is that the paint may chip where its kinda cracked later on. I am getting my car re-painted in a few monthes but till then I dont wanna be driving with a fkd up bumper. what yall think? make him pay for a new one or naa?

 

You may have his info but at this point its your word against his. He's just going to deny ever bumping into you if you try to collect. btw, whos that in ur avatar?

+1, get a quote for repairs, show him the quote, and tell him you will knock 100 off and avoid insurance if he pays cash. At which point you can use that to repair your front, OR (what I did..) use the cash to buy a NEW front end and just garage it til you get your car repainted

 

they have cameras at the drive thru anyways chances are it was on camera. make him pay and set it aside for new bumper.

 

I dont think the drive through cameras record video? i think they only show live feed?

 

yea i have a inven front ill just ask for cash and buy a rear bumper
