i was just wondering if its possible to paint everything that is plastic in the engine bay? like the air diversion panel and the plastic part that connects to the bumper and reservoirs? i know the battery and brake cylinder cover can be painted

can someone walk me through the installation of the pi-thon hose locks...the radiator locks and 2 smaller ones near those...do they simply slide over the hoses and tighten down with the wrenches, or is more complicated such as draining fluids etc?
that's what i thought, but wasn't sure...any idea about how much fluid will need to be removed to get it past that point? approximately a pint, quart, etc?
A little over a pint should do it. Just pull about that much out then unclamp the side of the hose that connects to the radiator (the higher side). Once you slide that side off, you can hold it up and see how much more you need to drain out before you can pull the other side off.
