Just installed my stillen engine damper i won over the weekend..And its awesome.everything i read in the previous posts is true, The throttle response is so much better and the whole car feels so much tighter.
There is more vibration but not much and is totally worth it. I also agree with the guys about the exhaust sounding a bit deeper, my exhuast deff. sounds like it changed tone after i installed the damper. Highly recomended inexpensive mod fo sho.

Good call on the stillen engine damper! I never thought the exhaust note would sound a tad different, but it does. Even my mom noticed it

HEY!!!! Great idea bro! I'm gonna do that too (engine damper w/ free install {hopefully}... not the brake cylinder)

Wait... May 17???? Damn, that's coming up quick... I didn't realize it was this soon.

hmm, my exhaust note didn't change, but launches are much easier and smoother, and I do feel a bit more vibrations in the clutch pedal, shifter, and steering wheel. Definetly a worthwhile mod tho.

I bought mine from intensepower.com. I think they were cheaper than going directly through stillen.

how much?...

Edit: never-mind... I just went to both websites... $124.xx (plus shipping) from intense.com, $148.xx from Stillen... I'll see what deals they have at Stillen day - if the install is free, the xtra $15-$20 is worth it...

I just confirmed the price. Intense charges $124.00 while stillen charges $148.72. Also if you live outside of Arizona there is no sales tax from intense, just shipping.
