well the only mods I have on my car other than a clutch, are suspension and a cold air intake and plenum spacer. There's no way they can blame that on m oil consumption. lol.

I have the Injen CAI on my car also. But my parents are both mchanically inclined. So they know better. i've only had my car for 6 months, and driven it about 10 days the entire time I've had it. I've been in Afghanistan the rest of the time. Lol

Yeah. i'm kinda hoping they dont find the issue with my car. i know it definitely isnt lacking power. I've got an 05 rev-up 6 speed, and the mods i mentioned before, and I raced an 06 6 speed when I was home on mid tour with the active taction and air conditioning on, and pulled off on him. lol. he had from what I could hear, and see an intake, and at least a cat back.

yeah, i hope you dont have to say it too. I'd hate to have to come home from a combat zone and go knock the crap out of some stupid tech at the Infiniti dealer. I'll keep you guys and girls(Jen) posted. lol.

Well, I just ate my words about hearing some dealers making this a somewhat painless process lol. My experience sucked too for replacement.
Get home safe 350GT and bring current TSB with you when you go there. First post here is 'not' the current TSB btw. OP (for some reason) has never updated with 2nd and then following a 3rd revised TSB currently in force since May 2008.

yeah. i'm the 2nd owner, but they're taking it to the same infiniti dealer where the guy I bought it from got his car serviced regularly. So they should have some records of the VIN. regardless I found the 3rd version of the TSB on infinitihelp and downloaded it.
