If I buy the kit and take it to infiniti dealer to have them install it, will they do it for me? and since they did it, there is no chacne of void warranty?

Other people in this thread have brought these to the dealer and they have had them installed.
No warranty issues when the dealer installs them.

Guys, honestly, this is not that difficult. This an an awesome DIY and is very detailed.
I see no reason to not do it yourself.

Besides, there's beer drinking in the directions!!!

it's easy, like really easy. no wait, really really easy. it just plugs in and everything you need is there. and my car became lightyears more fun after the install of the paddles; i don't know what I'd do if I had to give them back.

it "seems" hard to do! thats the thing.. it may actually not be "hard" but it "seems" that way. yes?

also I spoke to my dealer about it.. and they said it may void warranty :S... I know it has to be proven and all.. but it would just suck to have that kind of hassle if things do go wrong... yes?

* just playing devils advocate... even though I would love to have paddles myself *

Wes, you ever find yourself in Massachusetts, lemme know. I'll have beer in the fridge and we'll have those puppies installed in less than 30 minutes.

I Did The Paddles In A Base 08 G35x. Only Differences Are:
You Don't Have To Disconnect The Power Tilt/ect.(of Course)

Their Are Two Screws On The Bottom Trim You Have To Remove To Get At One Screw Also Holding The Bottom Trim.

On The Replacement The Last Screw Is Not Needed Or Included (the Other Two Are Needed) It Just Clips Together.

P.s. Make Sure You Get The Proper Tamper Resistance Torck Wrench. If You Strip The Airbag Srews Your Screwed! I Got My Tork Wrench At Auto Zone. Also Make Sure Your Stearing Wheel Is Alingled Properly Before Re-installing Your Air Bag!

Let Me Know If Any One Wants To Add An Auto Dimming/homelink Rearview Mirror To Your Base Model. I Can Save You A Lot Of Time.
