I have waited a REALLY long time to post this because I did not want to make a bigger deal out of this than need be. Eric HAD a great reputation for parts and taking care of his customers when I first bought something from him (holiday sale december 08) but the problem is that the issue I encountered with this very same item (impul sideskirts) is still in limbo and has not been corrected yet.
quick summary:
I bought impul sides in december 08, had to wait a few months for installation for financial reasons. When I finally got them painted/installed I was made aware that fitment was off. I contacted eric about the fitment and sent him pics of where it was off and he agreed that they were not up to par and agreed to send replacements. COOL! he originally quoted me 3 weeks for the replacements, well it ended up taking roughly three months. after the three month wait, i go to get my replacements installed only to find out they are both PASSENGER SIDE SIDESKIRTS! wow. I didnt even let the shop install the passenger side one incase eric wanted me to send them back. so I contacted eric again and he agrees to sending a new driver side prepainted sideskirt. I was quoted about two weeks, and its now been well over a month and a half. The wait I can deal with but the problem is the absolute lack of communication and the LIES hes feeding me about the status.
Below is every single PM we have exchanged, the very last message I posted on his public profile instead of pm hoping maybe hed reply to that instead. Please note that there are is some communication missing that came in the form of a few phone calls between eric and I (and hes conveniently stopped answering my calls)
Im assuming im just getting the shaft because he already has my money, so why should be bother replying to myyy needs right? awesome!
anyways, if anyone has a better way to put me in direct contact with him please let me know. or if you have any suggestions on what I should do.

I recently purchased a set of impul style sides from you during your holiday sale, I finaly got around to getting them prepped, painted, and installed. The problem is the sides have some fitment issues.
The shop I went to is GARAGE inc. the same shop that did the Nismo front that I have (one of your pieces as well) and Kris79's K2 front, along with many other cars both g35 and not, so it is a very reputable shop.
The driver-side skirt does not line up well at all at the front OR the rear, the front was really really bad at first, the shop added a spacer which helped a little bit but it still doesnt line up.
The passenger side front has a gap between it and the front fender.
Because of the fact that it is clearly beyond the shops control, and they did the work I asked of them, I still had to pay for the job. ($600)
I would like to know the steps required to get my sides replaced, they were left on the car so that I can take pics (see below). If you need them shipped back to you it would be easiest for me to get the new skirts first, then put these in that box and return them. Also the shop would like you to cover the cost of the work done since they are going to have to do it again.

I have had a hard time contacting you recently, but eventually received my package and thought that maybe this was finaly over.
I waited over 2 months for replacement impul side skirts after being quoted 3 weeks. You did not keep me informed on the progress of them as much as I would have liked you too and on top of it I just went to install the side skirts after finally receiving them, and guess what?
I got TWO new PASSENGER SIDE skirts!
This is a tad ridiculous Eric, waiting two months for a problem to be corrected only to find out nothing has been solved.
I dont really want to make this a public issue, so please respond to this message so that we can keep it private.
I think that at this point it would be fair to ask for more compensation than just replacement sides. not only did I take today off of work to go get them installed only to find out they were both passenger side pieces, I even got a speeding ticket on the way home (ill be more than happy to scan it for you if youd like lol).
That on top of the two month wait and likely another lengthy wait to replace them AGAIN deserves some extra effort on your end to make this right. Not to mention you told me you test fitted the sides TWICE when I spoke to you on the phone. Did you only test fit the passenger side?
I do still want the sides as they have been paid for AND I paid for the paint/install the first time around. But I think that I am entitled to a refund on top of the replacements or if its easier for you I will gladly accept a CS style rear with CF center as I was planning on purchasing one as soon as this was resolved.
I left the sides at GARAGEinc and they are more than willing to speak to you directly (we tried calling earlier, no answer and inbox full)

I'm sorry about that it was my mistake to not make sure the sides were not the right ones =\ I actually left the bodykits and transactions to my partner apparently he left a very big mess for me to clean up and is no longer here. =\
if you can take care of shipping $150 for the CS-Rear I'll go ahead and send you one for all the trouble, unfortunally theres no way to be able to send you one with the carbonfiber center =\ with that I'll include a DRIVER side IM-Side as well, let me know if this is fair

Theres no way for me to ship you a cs-rear w/cf for free.. the cost of the bumper alone already exceeds what I charge for the IM-Sides.
I'd like to settle the IM-Sides first, if you'd like a CS-Rear afterwards I'll be glad to work with you on a rear at cost.

The problem with this is that I will have to pay for paint again, which I already paid for once. Garage inc. does not owe me anything as everything was fine on their end. I think after all that I have been through I should not be forced to pay for paint again, which would likely use up the entire refund anyways (paint/install was 600 first time around, I bought the skirts in the holiday sale at 290, so assume paint for 1 is 1/2 original price id still be paying extra out of pocket).
Please tell me if you think I am being unreasonable, but put yourself in my place. How would you feel if you had to wait 2.5 months for replacement parts only to receive the wrong parts, then have to wait AGAIN for another replacement and end up paying a little bit more out of your own pocket?
I will call garage inc to get an exact quote on paint, if you want to cover the cost of paint on top of the refund I will accept that.

I'll talk to the guys here to see if they'll do one more paint and ship but since then they've stopped and no longer ship pre-painted parts because of minor imperfections. The parts are able to be wet-sanded first before shipping so its caused a lot of problems since we've started doing this.

i think this was addressed in the dialogue, but I couldnt leave my car there for test fitting and assumed there would be no issue because he guaruntees fitment on his products and had an amazing reputation for fitment. yes test fitting is always better, cant argue that, but that does not justify anything.
