and for someone who is savvy w/ bodywork, you should have known the first rule, don't wash what was painted for a minimum of a week. i don't know how else to put it, you messed up the bumper and you have your pantys in a bunch because we won't to fit the bill?! I hope you FinallyGetSomeCommonSense

ARCH will always stand behind their products. Everyone else, Feel free to contact myself or Joe since we already said our many pieces.

/end rant

professionalism at its finest. I attempted to wash the car on that day in february! am I supposed to wash the car after a year?

and you have yet to answer my question as to why the paint is still peeling?

I ASKED YOU FOR MY MONEY BACK AT YOUR HOUSE AND YOU TOLD ME NO REFUNDS..."but I'll either give you a new bumper or take 100 bucks off the bumper"

I agree, i know arch isn't a scammer, BUT i donno what customer would make something up about the refund. The OP live well over an hour away from Arch so im sure if Arch offered a FULL refund the OP would have greatly taken it. JMHO though.

i got a nismo bumper from arch 3 months ago

the shop that painted it and installed it complained about the bad quality rough edges and poor surface, but their end result looked very good and the fitment is perfect. I also put a clear bra over it

I too have been excellent customer service, they sorta messed up on a quote which made it cheaper for me and they aknowledged it and honored it, haven't recieved the parts yet since I just ordered it a week ago, but I'm sure it's top notch

This is odd..

I was their guinea pig for the +ings lip for the sport bumper. They kept me updated throughout the entire process.. I know when they shipped it, it wasn't wrapped very well at all.. and the back part of the lip where the paint lightly oversprayed, chipped off without effort..

As far as my lip holding up it was a snug fit, I'd say 99%.. and paint quality I'd say about 90%..

. hope things get resolved.

I didn't know people were having problems with ARCH... My INGS sides and front lip fit fine. A buddy of mine occasionaly paints for ARCH, but that sure as hell doesn't look like the quality of work he does, he knows how to properly prep and paint, and takes pride in his work (painted my parts, and parts for other forum members). I also didn't have any problems with customer service, he seemed like a cool guy and he lives 5 min from me. He even bought my wheel spacers lol.

Hopefully he'll chime in on this thread and something will be done about the problem. I'd text him about this thread for you, but im having problems with my iphone at the moment .
Doode fab again I told you DROID does lol

Really? I had no idea that it had to be repainted. You kept telling me that because of the holidays, he hadn't started paint yet...hmmm...interesting. And you're calling me a liar. Took three tries to make the paint match? So was the paint AND primer stripped...correct? I can tell you right now that the primer thats showing right now is smooth as glass...Repainted or not, it wasn't done right, regardless of how much was paid for the paint.

You didn't offer me a refund...you offered a discount OR an unpainted bumper.

You told me the bumper was ready to be picked up the day prior. When I txted you the next morning letting you know that I was on my way, you said that he JUST finished the bumper and it should be there by the time I arrived. So when I show up at your house, we waited for another hour before the bumper shows up...

My impatience got the best of me since I drove 2 hours to pick it up...but if I would have known that he JUST finished the bumper that morning or whatever, I would have waited another week to pick it up.

YOU as a business should make sure your product is 100% ready to go before shipment or pick up.
