I agree, because it's really hard to hold back after all I have read and seen, but I will, because it's bad business practice to belittle the competition, learned that at AT&T (11 years) but when customer after customer does, well where there's smoke, there is usually a fire, and I will leave it at that. Level heads always prevail, fighting and acting like kindergarten children, usually leave a bad taste and get nowhere

 

just remember a customer who receives stellar service, will tell a few people, but one who receives terrible service and treatment, tells the forum and anyone else who will listen....

 

Strafe is no longer a vendor. Anyone that has any orders placed through them should take it up by PM. If you are not receiving an adequate response from them, it is suggested that you look into reversing the transaction and looking into Paypal, or credit card protection policies
