**EXPOSED** G35 driver community needs a valid explanation

I've been scammed by Baus auto. I don't known where else to turn since I cannot get an email response, phone call back, text back or anything. I'm waiting on parts to finish my car that's in the body shop. I was told "yes in stock and will ship out asap." Well over 6 weeks and no shipment!? How is this allowed by forum to allow this kind of business and customer service (kidding) happen!? I wouldn't normally do this but I have no idea where to reach out for help on this. I see other people are having the same issue with these guys and not getting orders or product from Eric/baus. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. all of the members who say he is busy that's BS. As a business you should ALWAYS get back to clients. Hey Eric, if you didn't have my parts why take my money? Hey Eric, thanks for not responding to me reaching out about my order over past 6 weeks! I hope you all get this settled and refunds are given. I would suggest all do a charge back on this guy since he is literally taking money and not giving a damn about the customers needs. These guys won't even process an order until they're paid in full... I understand that in some respects- but they take it to a whole other level.
When a person waits so long they decide to cancel they get slapped with healthy cancellation fees and refund fees- often upwards of 50% of the (consumer) value of the part you ordered- not the cost to the vendor. By the time these things were paid up, the parts would show up later and offered at "awesome discounts yo!" The part was already available and pretty much paid for (because the cancellation costs would be just about the same as what the "cost" price was)... so then not only do they have some customer who just got a "wicked deal" AND their part nice and quickly.
You can pretty much figure out how often this worked out judging by the complaints : congrats threads that exist for any given vendor. Strafe probably ran at a 4:1 ratio... no idea about BAUS but they seem to be subscribing to that business model.

Even this one starts as a A+ but then quickly digresses into a bunch of people who are amazed that the guy got good service and chime in with their horror stories. MPG had a story to tell- explaining his earlier post about past experiences.

I didn't have a problem with Eric when I ordered my sides recently. We spoke on the phone, he said it was in stock and bam the sides arrived in my body shop in 4 days. He was actually very helpful as well giving me updates as soon as the sides were picked up by the shipping company. I actually had a decent experience doing business with him.
This is ridiculous...not wasting my time reading this thread. Eric since you dont want to respond to ANY of my pm's, emails, phone calls for the past month I am posting on here to get a fuking answer regarding the fiberglass ducts I paid for on Sept 18? WTFFFF

That was on the 24th...2 weeks ago! IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO GET A SIMPLE ANSWER FROM ERIC REGARDING THE FIBERGLASS DUCTS? I don't mind waiting, nor want a refund, I want what I paid for on sept 18th. A response is all I (and who knows how many other people) ask for instead of being left in the dark for weeks at time. My last pm may have sounded vulgar because this shyt has been gong on for too long now. Eric has been doing this SAME BS for years! I appreciate u at least trying to help me out but this is something Eric needs to address.
