If you have a AWD sedan, the most popular size is 245/40/19 all around.

2004 6MT Sedan here. I am running 8.5 width wheels on all four corners. I'm wanting to keep my wheel size AS CLOSE to the 215/55/17 diameter of 26.31 inches as possible.

245/35 Is smaller at 25.75 inches
245/40 is a little bigger at 26.72 inches.
255/35 is smaller at 26.03 inches
265/35 is a near perfect match but due to safety is not recommended

Which front and rear combo is the best suited for a sedan dropped on Z/G springs?

I can do that without rubbing issues in the front on a sedan?

If it was me choosing... I'll go with Hankook, there is a rebate for them on discount direct tires website.

i just picked up some Kuhmo Ecsta SPT's for my OEM 19's from Tire Rack, good pricing, great service, very happy with them, was going to go hankook as I was limited by budget, but went with the Kuhmo's as the price was not significantly higher as well as found more consistent positive review's of the Kuhmo vs Hankook

I'm pretty sure you're okay, cuz lots of people run them on the back and there's more clearance (generally, depending on your setup, and I think I know it) on the front.

so right now I have the oem tire size and rim on my car.

I know I am going to have to replace the fronts way before I have to replace the rear. So if I wanted to upg. to the 245/35 frt and 255/40 rear

can I do it one at a time?

for example, the front goes out but the rear still has at least 50%

can I just upgrade the front to 245/35, and keep the rear 245/40 until it runs out?

will I run into any problems?
