How to fit lexus wheels on my g35
Hello everyone! I am the new owner of a '03 silver on black g35 with 20k miles. I still have my 3 piece wheels from my lexus and I would like to use them since they are the same bolt pattern. Well I tried and I couldnt fit them on today because the center bore on the lexus wheels is something like 60 and the g35's is like 65. My question is how to get around this problem. Can I use a 10 or 15mm spacer to go over the studs and even out the surface of the hub? I might need longer studs but atleast this way the wheels will have a flat surface to mount against, right? The wheels I have are 42 offset up front and a 48 offset in the rear so I know I can push them out a little without rubbing issues? Is this correct? Btw they are 20x8.5 f and 20x10r. Thanks in advance! i look forward to learning a lot on the forums!

this sounds way too aggressive...33mm rear with 20x10 will not work at all.........10 inch wheels are the very limit that you can do on the sedan and your target offset is at 40mm rolling fenders......the front 20x8.5 will need at least a 38mm offset and 27mm is way too low. I dont know what the center bore issue is....but given the offset problem after the spacers.......i'd conclude these wheels will not work at all on the sedan man......hope this helps.

what do you mean by center bore? did you only try to fit the front rims on? because everywhere newbe trying to put rims on there front always forget to take the "extra" bolt off the front rim that ppo think is to keep ppo from rotating their wheels.. its actually used for removing the rotor when its stuck on too tight oer time... if its rims off of a GS im pretty sure they'll fit without much, if any, work at all

Since this is the sedan section..I'm assuming he has a sedan and his car did not come stagger factory. With that said...he does not have the extra bolt that's on the coupe....Also......I'm guessing center bore means his lug hole is not big enough for the G35...

I did only try the drivers side front before I realized the different center bores and gave up. These wheels are off of a gs. What extra bolt are you talking about? I am referring to the raised part in the middle of the studs that the wheel is supposed to sit flush up against. On the infinity that circle is 66mm in diameter. Well these wheels wont sit flush because they only have a 60mm diameter in the middle. I need a spacer with atleast a 66mm opening in the middle that is the same width as the raised piece I am referring to on the infinity. This way the wheels will have a large enough level surface to mount on safely. I hope this helps yall understand what i mean. Im sure many of you have run into this problem before.
