Tire size q... yes I have searched

Sorry guys. I usually spend most of my time over in the Audio forum.

I have searched, and I cannot seem to find what I am looking for.

I am planning on getting new wheels (TSW Mondello's 19x9.5 all around).

Can I run 255's up front? I'd like to keep the same size tires for rotating.

I am dropped on Z-Springs with the factory 18's.

Thanks again!

B

not gonna happen. With a 9.5" wheel up front you'll need to stretch the tire. Also depends upon the offset of the wheels.

You should rock a 8.5/9.5 like most sedans do. Well i guess you could run a 10 in the rear depending on the offset...who cares about rotation..hahahah..

Cool. Thanks.

The next size down is 8. I guess that means 8" up front and 9.5" rear... ok.

Soooo..... 245/35-19 on the front and 275/35-19 on the rear?

45mm offset for the front 8" er?

Thanks again guys.

what's the offset on the Rear??? you could use the 45mm offset up front but i'd definitely get a 10-15mm spacer. You can run a 275/35 rear tire only if the offset is around 40 and you roll your fenders.

+1 on the spacer for the front. I would get a 10mm spacer on the front and a 5mm for the rear (if the rear is a +45). Or you might be able to run the +45 rear without rolling your fender.

I was looking at a 19x9.5 35mm for the rear.

I am ok with rolling the fender if I need to.

So an offset of 35 is too aggressive for the rear?

I am dropped on Tein S-tech springs, with 245/35/19 in the front and 285/30/19 in the rear and no rubbing at all.

i had a 20x10" rear w/ a 42mm offset... it rubbed w/o rolling my fenders... then rolling the fenders took it all away.

i had a 38mm offset in the front on a 20x8.5 w/ 245/35/20 and it rubbed going up driveways

Thanks everyone.

I *think* I have the info I need. Just to be clear... here's what I think I learned from ya'll today:

F 19x8 +40 with 5mm Spacer on 235/35/19
R 19x9.5 +45 on 275/35/19

OR

R 19x10 +45 on 275/35/19

Correct?
