with 255 would be the safest... 265 is too wide IMO and not safe

im not getting into this again. Youll be fine with a 275.

my 3700 miles with 3 autox's have something to say about 275's in the rear being safe.

PLUS the KDW2 is a skinny tire for its size.

AND dragging them ive had no problems. Ive cut a 1.98 on them... stock.

LOL, 3700 miles on 1 set of tires is hardly justification for claiming something to be safe, come back when you've done 100,000+ miles on multiple tires on that width without any failures like the tire manufactures do to determine safe operating ranges. Its one thing to decide for yourself to if you want to do something, and its a whole other thing to then extrapolate your limited experience to a general recommendation

ok, i will secede. Get a 265 and call it a day, but 275 WILL FIT and you shouldnt have problems, if you are looking to sit on fat tires, i would go 265 MAX on an 18 and 275 MAX on a 19.

You want 245/40/18's on the front of your '03-6mt coupe.
255/45/18 on the rear.
