I thought they had fixed the bumping with the rubber joint switch in the more recent models? I could be wrong though. I know SPL are definitely the top dog right now just trying to decide if the price up is worth it.

Will def check that suspension thread too. I'm pulling the trigger this month on coils/camber arms so need to get any info I can.

Personally I wouldn't worry about front arms unless you are dropping the car like 4"

08g35xs sedan, keeping the stock 18's for now, buying Eibach springs and new rubber next week.
I want to get spacers all around so it looks flush after the drop. Can you suggest the correct size spacers please? I've read everything from 15 all around, to 20 in front and 25 in back, to 30 all around. I have no idea.
also, a good place to purchase the spacers would be helpful... thanks!!!!

Really? I mean thats gotta be the first time I've heard anyone say don't worry about a camber kit if you're doing coils. Probably looking at 1.5-2 drop btw.

Are you saying I don't need them period or are you saying I don't need them b/c camber wear on the tires wouldn't be THAT bad? I'm all for saving me 300-400 bux so definitely curious on the reasoning.

Supposed to pick up some new wheels this weekend but have a few questions before I do so.

The wheels specs are:

fronts 9.5 +15 (245 30 20)
rears 10.5 +15 (285 30 20)

I have a 05 coupe and it is completely stock at the moment. Plan on getting some coilovers in the near future. Will I have any clearance issues for the time being ?

Thanks.

Stance LX+, probably one of the most comfortable coils. I got qouted around $1100 shipped.

20mms would be fine.

Contact some of our vendors here on the forum for Ichiba V2s.

What eibachs are you on? Sports or Pro kit?

I'm dropped about 4" and my front camber came really close to OEM with just an alignment. If you're only going down 2" maximum, I really wouldn't bother with them. The camber wear is going to be very minimal. Just make sure you get a good alignment and your toe is as close to in spec as possible.

Are you lowered? for the time being you will be fine, but if you lower the car you'll probably need to roll the rear.

I would say anything over a 5mm spacer you'll definitely need longer studs unless you want your wheels falling off like a member on here experienced..but I'm sure 4dgs will have the answer

Contact Henry at Static (mrwong@static i think his screen name is)

And ask about Ichiba V2s, they have built in studs so you don't need to worry about running extended studs, they just bolt right on and then your wheels bolt on to the new studs.

So if I don't get a front camber kit should I at least get the toe bolts and make that adjustment? Basically if I don't need the A arms would I need any other components if I'm only planning on a bit of a drop now (2" ballpark).

i got new wheels showing up on monday for my coupe, sizes 19x9.5 +12 and 19x10.5+12 and was going to run 245/35 on the front but my question is which size should i run on the rear? My car is lowered on 350z tanabe gf210 springs and the rear fenders are already rolled, i was thinking 275/35 but wanted to know if a 275/30 would be better?
