Question for all you wheel rebuilders and offset gurus
I'm trying to figure out the approximate wheel specs for my new set up. The original wheels were 19x8 +37 with a 5.5" inner and 2.5" outer. The faces are being dropped into a 9" front 6.5" inner and 2.5" outer) and a 10.5" rear (6.5" inner and 4" outer). What would the new specs be? I'm getting a little confused, but am I looking at approximately a 19x9 +44 and 19x10.5 +42? My math sucks
Found really nice wheels!! help!!!
Hey guys, I found a really nice set of wheels but I don't know if they will fit. they're on a 350z right now. the fitment is
Front - 19x9.5 +15mm offset
Rear - 19x11 +20mm offset
I have a 06 G35 sedan, with rolled fenders (45 degrees, not fully rolled.)
Will they rub in the front or back?
Edit - Car is stock height. and the tires on the wheels are Tires Hankook Ventus V12
Front- 245/35/19
Rear - 275/35/19
To me looks like it should be JUST barely fitting from the pictures. Let me know please!!

Hey guys, so I'm doing the Akebono conversion on my 2004 coupe, and i need to get spacers in the front to clear the BBK. I have Varrstoen ES1.1.2 19x9.5 +22. I think a 15mm spacer with built in studs should do the trick (b2autodesigns?), but my main concern is that the OEM studs will be too long and prevent the wheel from sitting flush on the spacer. Does anyone have any suggestions or know if the Varrstoens have a sufficent recess in the back of the rim to prevent this? I know all i need to do is take my wheel off and check the back, but i'm away from my car this week so i'd have to wait... Thanks!
note: i don't want to go any thicker than 15mm

I believe Varrstoens do not have the recesses on the back of the wheel.
Your best bet is to get separate extended studs in the front, and just put a slip on 15mm. This is what I did.
Replacing the studs is super easy.

the bolt on ones are probably the less reliable one if anything. At least the studs are on the actual hub of the car, much like the original studs. Rather than separately built into the spacer.
That's what i thought too, i'd rather have my wheels attatch to an actual bolt going through the hub than half a bolt welded on to a mag/alum alloy spacer haha. Do you have a particular brand/ design type of spacer that you would recommend? I'm new to the game and appreciate your help and advice.

They'll fit but you will need to roll your fenders flat and run some pretty serious negative camber out back (-3* or more to get them to work) The faces of the rims will also have some serious poke going on, the rears will definitely be "hella flush" so be prepared for that.
Hey everyone. I'm getting ready to purchase some wheels soon. They're 19" XO Rio wheels. I was wondering what offsets will work for my 03 sedan. I'm lowered with Swift coupe springs. Fender to ground height is 26.25" front and 26.5" rear. I'm not going for the aggressive fitment just something mild/semi-aggressive. I was thinking about getting 19x8.5" front with +25 offset and 19x9.5" +40 and adding maybe 5mm or 10mm spacer for the rears. I've already searched in the semi-aggressive/sorta flush thread for sedans but I'm still not sure if it will look right because I'm not that low as everyone.
Offsets available for 19" XO Rio wheels
19x8.5 +25 or +40 for fronts
19x9.5 +25 or +40 for rears

Just ordered new wheels and an entire setup. Varrstoen 19x9.5+12offset front, and 19x11+15offset rear. I also got BC coils and SPC rear camber arms. How much camber am I going to have to run to make these wheels fit flush, but not scraping everywhere I go, this is my daily driver. My friend has a rolling tool and I'm sure I will have to do that. I'm going to run 225x35 front and 245x35 rear, its going to be a serious stretch in the rear. Will I need spacers? I don't have the brembo package.
I just got a set of wheels at 19x8.5 and 9.5 with a +12 and +15 offset front and rear respectively. I already mounted a pair of 255/40/19 on the 9.5, what would be a good tire to match these for the front?
Guys I'm wondering as an engineer that over thinks and usually make wild assumptions, if I run spacers, upfront will i increase camber wear inside? Since ur angled at the hub, u space the wheel away from the hub, though very little, the wheel and tire is not going to only go out horizontally, but also up since ur angled upwards at the hub with negative camber, riding even more on the inside of the tire. Also your moving the tire away from the point of force from the suspension, moving it more towards the inside edge of the wheel. The later could be wrong since weight is distributed through the spokes, which are going to be in the same place regardless. Anyone want to add on? Did I confuse anyone??
After thinking, if anything, a spacer with neg. camber would make you lower(not noticeable) but tire angle will not change. I do however think offset and backspacing would alter camber wear and contact surfacing.
