The tire noise is UNBEARABLE. Is it my camber/toe or tires???

I have a little toe/camber in the front and i have 18k on my pilot sports. When im rollin, the noise from the tires is simply UNBEARABLE. I cannot even talk on my cell phone, its so loud. Does anyone know if this is due to my camber/toe or tire wear? There seems to be still an adequate amount of tread left, so im betting its from the camber/toe. Any thoughts?

Any cheap solutions (i.e. cheap front camber kits)?

edit: To be more specific, the noise sounds like something keeps hitting when the tires roll. You hear this Woosh..woosh...woosh.. and it gets more frequent as the tire revolutions increase. Hard to explain...

wheel bearings?

If it's your tires you can't really fix it now, it's already worn that way.
You might have too much toe-in. After replacing your tires, run an alignment.

Check your tire pressure. If it's too high it will cause road noice. Around 37 -38 PSI should be ok. Otherwise, it could be the bearings like someone said before. Unlikely but possible.

What is the cheapest front camber kit out there and who sells it????

Where can i get new tires for cheap (stock 18s)??
