Nope

for 800 bucks Id pass, it will probably drone less though but, its not worth 550 bucks over the 14815/14830 mufflers

i had a magnaflow on my 99 tahoe and it was excellent. quiet idle and corvette sound when full throttle(turtle speed acceleration lol) it also had headers, for $800 bucks damn, motordyne was definitely a better price and product

then again motordyne got a lot of my money

haha, yeah this bad boy is lite. it's like 14lbs for the middy and axle back combined. the ti y weighs 6lbs and the SS is like 10lbs. i had the choice to run the non res ti y or the SS res while i wait for the Ti res y and i chose to run the SS to get a better idea of the sound w/a resonator.

yeah i would have done the same, with the few different setups i had the art pipes with non res xyz and non res mid vq y-back and had some nasty a$$ rasp at 2500 till about 3000, luckily the interchangeable parts of the motordyne system made it an easy fix. called up Tony and he suggested a resonator for the xyz and voila rasp gone.(he "gave" it to me for a stupid low price) i think i was the first to have the full md setup and he wanted some good feedback.....

i was going to buy the harikiri titanium axleback he made too but he wouldnt just sell me the axleback

I just ordered an M2 performance exhaust HR Y Pipe, to go with my coupe midpipe. Right now I'm gonna stay with the OEM muffler, I'm really only replacing the Mid and the Y because mine rusted out. But it's a good excuse to finally get a new exhaust! I'm excited to see what it sounds like.

So I was also looking for a coupe midpipe and test pipes how much should I be looking to pay for the coupe mide pipe? Is the Megan racing test pipes the best for HP and sound gains? I also heard HFC are good for the sound but not HP gains. Does anyone know where I can get the megan test pipes besides used? They are on back order till July Do they actually give you HP gains??

i watched your video a few times (with quality headphones) and it sounds a little like the md setup i have currently, what other exhaust mods do you have? high flow cats - headers - test pipes - long tube headers? I am somewhat aware of your other mods, like cams.....

another member local to me told me you had long tube headers...... just curious

JWT S2 cams
DC Sports ceramic coated headers
Fast Intentions resonated HFCs

Might swap to long tubes, if I don't go FI

So I'm guilty of not reading this entire thread but its a great idea. I have an '03x sedan and I want some exhaust performance without being super loud. I was told from a tune shop in my town that I should run an Ansa exhaust. has anyone ran this on a G? If so are there any sound bites or video clips? I heard they build factory exhaust for Ferrari and others as well as aftermarket.I've seen them on some WRX's and they sound nice but its hard to compare.
