Here is what I was told about the PA15:

The PA11 is no longer available, its been discontinued. We are the biggest USA Spec dealer therefore it has been released to us first.

The PA15 has been reformatted and updated to be faster, better and out perform the PA11.
I have it on my 06 g35x with Bose stereo and satellite radio, it allows ipod control from the console. it allows direct and folder mode on the ipod and addtional audio from an out board source. Hope that helps.

This..only for an 04 model, looking at them on Crutchfield.com and the only difference i see is one comes with an extra harness.

I don't know if this helps anyone here, but I had bought the PA15-NIS because my CD changer got jammed and i really didnt want to go get it fixed. In the USA SPEC manual it says you must take out all your cds which i could not do because my cd changer has no functions whatsoever. I kind of freaked out but installed the PA15 regardless. Luckily, you don't need the CD button whatsoever as long as you dont mind using the radio button. Folder and Direct Mode work good except that i can't get it to display the names of the songs. But i could care less about that cause it says it right on the ipod :]

iphone says accessory not recognized.
I cant get it to see the ipod at all. Pressing DISC after FM or AM does nothing... Any ideas?
Thanks
R6n350GT,

I got a 350Z and i'm also missing the 12pin plug. Only have the 10pin.
Did you ever got the PA150-NIS working without the 12pin plug?

They are my plugs

In the 2nd photo you can see the top wire is separate from the head unit, the other wire should be plugged in so ignore that.

The back of my radio looks like this:

As you can see, i'm missing the connector on the bottom right.
It's also explained here:

Tried to install the PA15-NIS yesterday again, but unfortunately I can't get it to work

These are the 3 plugs that I have in my car.
Only the first fits the PA-15NIS:

Well, I bought this device PA15-Nis, and installed on my g35 coupe 05 with boss and SAT, it was pretty easy, but i spend some time on hiding that adapter.
After i put all parts back together, and drove my car for about a day, i noticed that one of my speaker doesn't work properly, it works, but sometimes its quiet, or when it works on high volume it makes bad noise. If anybody knows what it maybe let me know plz. P.S. its a front left speaker.

Help!

I am hoping some of you guys can help me with this issue.

Have the PA15-NIS installed in my 2005 G35x without bose or sat button. Normally I press the radio button and XM1 and XM2 show up. Been working flawlessly for 10 months now. Randomly this morning I go to drive to work and plug in the phone and the radio will not display XM1 or XM2. The unit is charging so it is not a power issue.

Any ideas at all?
