Its inexpensive and works decently enough especially since its not going to be your main jack.

There are air-lifted jacks, they run off of a compressor.
I picked up the Craftsman Professional jack. It's far from light at 105lbs, but it's a 4-ton, low profile / high lift jack. I'll have this forever.
If the factory jack is too high for you, just keep something in your car that you can drive up onto. A few small pieces of wood won't be too heavy.
