Greater shock stiffness isn't alway's the answer. You can have issues you think are happening because the shock doesn't have enough control when in reality, it's controlling too much and isn't able to allow the suspension the freedom of movement it should have.
Fix the issue about running the wrong shock type, meaning kick your oem shocks to the curb.
Run a shock that has the same body length as a oem Z shock. I would run either Tokico 350z D-spec or better, Bilstein HD.
Curious, did you buy the springs from a shop?
Did you tell the shop what car the springs were going on?
