If your car is new or the surface is already polished, I would go with Z2 Pro (I like this on light colors) or Z5 Pro (I like this on darker colors).

I am a BIG fan of Z-8 every few weeks to keep the protection and the shine up as well.

If you need to polish and perfect your surface, look for offerings from Menzerna, Optimum, or Poorboys.

A search on this forum or autopia.org will yield some good information on which Zaino products to use.

I've used Zaino for many years and found that Z5 is the best all-around polish. Although its meant for darker colors, it brings a nicer shine on the cars regardless of color. Mix it with ZFX to speed the curing time.
And, like Scott mentioned, Z8 when you're done. If that's not in your budget, Z6 is fine.
Don't forget to wash (dawn), claybar, wash (Z7) before the Z5+ZFX, Z8/Z6. Because Zaino is a polymer liquid, it bonds chemically to your paint, rather than bond physically onto the paint, like most waxes. So, if this is your first time using zaino, make sure you strip all impurities with the Dawn and claybar. Otherwise, any residual impurities will get between the Zaino and paint and simply defeat the purpose of using Zaino.
Good Luck!

i would use both z2/z5 in conjunction to give it even a wetter look....just make sure the last coat should be z2 because it gives the wettest shine and reflects the most light....i posted a thread on my 9hr polishing plus 6coats of zaino if you would like to see the results..

You get them directly from the manufacturer. You can also email Sal Zaino himself and get advice/tips.

Here's the link to the Zaino Store
