OK, you got me there... How could the pump possibly move? Here is my DIY on the pump replacement. The pump is jammed in tight up and down and there are inlet and outlet tubes on the side of the pump, so it couldn't possibly rotate.

make sure the base section that snaps in to lock the pump in place is still correctly attached.

Well for my Supra I take it to Portland to see RRev motorsports, more so John Reed. He has tuned many many cars and qute a few 1k+ Supra's. He is a Motec, AEM and HKS factory trained installer and tuner.

I messed around localy in Van to get my car tuned and gave up. Once I get my twin pump setup done I will be taking it (Supra) there for tuning.

The only guys localy I would talk to about tuning my G35 if it was FI and E-man would be Poulo @ Keep labs.

The keepLabs domain has expired. Are these guys still in business?

The Portland guys seem legit. I'll go there if I have to.

Tuning in Seattle

OK, please don't hate on the newbie chick for asking stupid question, but.........
I've had my '03 G35 coupe for 6 months, and I'm new to the forum and new to the whole performance car thing. I don't currently have plans to do anything more serious with the car than chipping it, but I don't even know who to go to for that. The RRev Motorsports people do seem reputable, but it seems excessive to pay $900 for a tune after chipping. Is there anyone else in this area (greater Seattle, WA) who is good with Infinitis? My biggest complaint with the '03 vs. '05+ was that it's not as peppy in the lower RPM's. I'm hoping that chipping it could change the power curve a little. Any ideas??

Silverbullet go to Intec Racing in Kent that's where I got my car tuned with the osiris program as far as "chipping" it there's no such thing get mods first ie intake exhaust headers HFCs or test pipes then get a tune I highly recommend uprev Osiris at Intec Racing

Thanks! I was hoping not to have to go as far as an intake/header/exhaust mod, but it sounds like that's the best route to go. Intec looks like just the place. Thanks again!
