So you have never seen anything reliable from Forged Performance, Performance Factory or UMS Tuning?

Well let me be your first. I have a built motor and twin turbo from UMS Tuning on my sedan with 0 problems.

This is concerning to me because I have a built motor from GTM, installed and tuned by another shop. I expect and hope it to be reliable for several years and many miles to come.

But this is why it's so much better to have one shop do everything, from motor build, install and tuning with no he said/he said issues to deal with. If I ever go through this modding process again, this will be the only way I'll go.

If I were you I would do a Used Oil Analysis (UOA) IMMEDIATELY. This will help determine if there is foreign debris/material in your engine that shouldn't be there....microscopic pieces of your motor that may have shaved off due to clearance issues or oil starvation (no lubrication). This thread will open the eyes of many!

Google Blackstone Labratories.

Sidebar: IMO, I think everyone with FI and/or built motors should be getting a UOA with every oil change anyways; I do and I'm neither built OR FI, but it will show you potential problems FAR ahead of time.

There were a few members that did that, including one who blew his GTM motor and was told that HKS headgaskets only last 14,000 miles. I believe he saw worsening metal particles in his oil from day one. But this is stricly speculation on my part, perhaps that individual will come foward.

Can we please stop posting OT images & comments? They will be deleted.

Let's keep this thread informative. I don't think its entertaining to hear these things. But the truth must be heard.

[I'm not "siding" with anyone...just reading].

im sorry, but im having a hard time understanding why its taking sam so long to come up with his side of the story. there isnt anything to gather. julian had his facts, and is keeping up with the thread.

im not biased to one shop or another, but something is clearly happeneing at GTM beind the scenes that we dont know about. i feel that its fair if EVERYTHING is uncovered becuase like someone, i think canadian or some one else stated, this can be very informative to everyone in the G and Z boosted community.

We are still waiting on the inspection report to come back from the 3rd party independent inspection. We have been in a complete communication with them and the customer. We will have an answer ,You can count on ....
