Good news. EVT control position sensors and EVT magnet retarders were swapped out and the timing has smoothed out. Now trying to trouble shoot engine knock at 12 psi. Running one wide band O2 on the driver's side bank. Its possible that we are lean in one or more cylinders on the passenger side (or even the driver's side...). Fuel pressure is good so the injectors are going to get pulled and tested.

Howard @ Technosquare, Shawn @ Church, and Marty have been working hard to help me get everything dialed in. More updates to come.

Not to draw away from the other developments but to respond directly to the fitiment on this style of bumper... unfortunately I think that's pretty standard for the one piece. I know my K2 was like that and when I was whining about my fitiment people were telling me it was the norm.

I've since moved to a two piece setup- including the poly KZ and the fit is MUCH better.

OP... you've put in SOOOOOO much work here- you owe it to yourself to improve on that front setup.

Wow, 100whp (16%) difference between a Dynapack and DD with identical kits, and boost pressures:

I came across Glex25's thread here on driver before. His car is a beauty! I don't think anyone here doubts that there are differences between readings from dyno to dyno. Or even pulls on the same dyno from day to day with the same car. A dyno is just a tuning tool.

Nice write up.. as im thinking of this turbo set up on a 4.2 GTM Darton sleved block with cams and nice heads.. Id be curious as to what it will make for power... I will be selling my supercharger set up soon.

if you're considering the APS Extreme setup get the bigger injectors Rob had mentioned. At 14.5-15 psi there was still a cushion for the injectors but I can't imagine they would keep up if you really crank up the boost. I'm really happy with the way everything turned out because we still have a cushion for the MAF as well at this power level.

Sounds like you're gonna be building a monster
