He said V6 or V8. The Miata and S2K are neither. And if you read my comparison, it was all 2010 cars. If you want to open up weight comparison to cars out of production cars, be my guest.

so the z4 is a 2 seater thats heavier then the 03-04 g's and not much lighter then the 05-06s

the 328i is 3362, but thats what like 215hp? the tsx is 4 cyl is 3400, is250 3455, 335i is 3593. the 350z roadster is heavier then the older g's too
Where did I complain about the weight of the G37? Please point that out to me. All I did was compare model year 2010 cars that are V6 and V8 and RWD. I wasn't comparing 2004s.

coupe is wider i think and maybe there's more surface area on the large coupe window panes vs 2 smaller windows on the sides of the sedans?

There's extra structural/impact support by the doors.

because in 2003 the first g35 released was a sedan. It was designed as a sedan, so when they decided to make a coupe they had to reinforce the body for strength, which adds weight.

The only thing I can come up is that there are holes behind the side moldings of 1st gen sedan. Sucks that to remove them you have to fill in the holes and have all 4 doors repainted (not cheap at all!).

Oh, and the Coupe seats are waaaay better than the stock Sedan seats, wish the Sedans seats came with more bolster support from the factory.

Other than that, love the car.

One thing I really hate about my G... I bought the car brand new in 05 for over $30k, but now, used Civics are worth more. The 05 TL I could have bought for thousands less is even worth more.

HAHAHA, yeah you notice how it shows a little diagram of TWO, thats right TWO sets of golf clubs in the trunk and I have tried, just like the little diagram, but no way in hell can two sets go back there unless you fold down the back seat.

Seatbelt thing, all the little bull**** tsb's and the new engine thing (even though its nice having a 38k car with 5k on the engine), no brembos on 06, having dealership drill holes in front bumper for plates even after I told them not to.

But it is nice to have ppl just stop to tell you they like your car or even take pics. Hell mine isn't even all that, especially when older (by older I mean 60's and up, Im 32) tell you nice car.

Surprisingly actually I've managed to cram 2 sets of clubs in my trunk! I made sure to put my friends set in first so if any of the clubs got bent it would be his selfish, I know haha but my G, my rules! Plus I'll take all the help I can get when we play for $$$
