So I have an 06 Coupe and less than 8k on my car. I just started noticing that over the past few hundred miles my sunroof is making a squeeking noise, whenever i hit bumps, or go up/downhill - its like i can hear the creaks when the body flexes...anyone else have this problem?

It's really an annoyance considering I paid close to 40k for this car, its an infiniti, and still practically brand new. I didn't expect to hear these noises so soon...maybe after 40k btu certainly not before I hit 8k!

In all fairness I live in NYC and the streets admittedly suck. If I bring my car to the dealer can the lubricate my sunroof to keep it from squealing?

I can't stand it! I put my car on an airstrip this past weekend and I was driving thru a cone course and could hear nothing but the squeaks...

my car is 3 weeks old with 1043 miles and has rattles in the doors already.... im used to it already

 

My sunroof creaks like an old wooden house whenever i go over some bumps really slow... sucks.

yea everytime i pulled out my driveway something kept creaking... to my suprise its the sunroof. does warranty cover this ? it creeeks and roof rattles also... pretty annoying.

 

Welcome to G35 ownership, its sad a 42k car rattles mores in 10k miles than my 6 year old mustang ever did.

 

if the sunroof creaks you're car is going to split in two!!! have the dealer check all the welds because maybe one got missed.
