My cars OEM bumper has a lot of curb damage from the previous owner (kinda hard to see in pic but its pretty bad).

Suspension to make better use of the power your car currently makes, plenum spacer, HFCs, a new final drive, and a tune or reflash. If you have an auto, get the transmission revalve kit.

If you are on a budget, aim for struts/shocks, plenum spacer, HFCs, and reflash. And don't cheap out on tires.
