I have seen results where guys are getting almost as good of results by doing this with the Rev Up plenum.
Was gonna look into this. You know where I can find a dyno sheet? Ill look myself as well.
Im gonna check youtube to see if anyone has posted a video of doin this.

I have $1,000 to spend on mods. What should I get? Car is an '06 6MT Coupe.

I like performance and handling more-so than looks (can't get nice rims with a fat lip on a 1K budget anyway). If I get an exhaust, can't drone or be too loud since my commute is all interstate. Thinking Stillen air box + z-tube, about $250.

I test drove a car with Nismo exhaust and thought it sounded awesome, but those are listed at $1,300, maybe I can grab just a used muffler? Thoughts?

I plan on lowering my car and hopefully getting a set of rims. I've decided to go with coilovers and wanted to know what's a safe drop without scraping too much.
Also after all this, I've decided that I actually enjoy how negative camber looks and that's what I want to run... so therefore I don't need a camber kit right?

Besides more inside tire wear, are there any other negatives to running - camber?

With rims, I'm running on OEM 18s right now, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any nice looking 5 spoke rims, preferably silver/chrome with no beads for that size?

I want to keep it fairly basic and hopefully avoid having to do TOO much work (fender, etc.) if possible. If not, that's fine.

And it begins..........First, sure you can run camber if you want to buy a new set of tires every other month. Bad on all the suspension components. Please do not mess up your ride with chrome.

Have an all stock '04 5AT. Have about 800$ to spend, not sure where to start. Was thinking cold air intake/z-tube and maybe a muffler or something. Any help would be appreciated!

MD plenum spacer and High Flow Cats or Test Pipes. forget the CAI unless you like the sound.

So I bought & installed a OEM Z-tube and K&N filter in the stock airbox.

Next thing im going to is the Plenum... not sure if i should buy just a spacer kit or the Kinetic V+ Plenum itself.

Welcome and Congrats - I assume you have a coupe, and not being to far from a noob myself the usual response to this question is what kind of gains you're trying to get, budget, and make the search button your friend...

I started with exhaust, and intake.

Exhaust and intakes

I was hoping by now somebody with more experience would have responded by now - you plan on doing the work yourself? Not sure if that's enough to make any serious gains...but if nobody else respond - ask on the General discussion forums under Coupe - 03-07

Check the marketplace for exhaust system, and there are a lot of vid letting you hear what they sound like.

Look around the site, you will find a lot of interesting threads that will answer a lot of your questions..
