I don't even know what a 'test pipe' is. Any help would be much appreciated.
The "XO2" exhaust is a decent dual system, its a replica of the HKS. They can be found for cheap and perform well.

It would help if you told us which transmission you have.

If its an auto you should try to stay under 400 torque at the wheels.

What Mods Should I Buy for my Coupe? 2004 6mt coupe. Only mod I have is light flywheel. Would like more low end torque without losing gas mileage. TID

I know bolt ons don't do much for this car... but I want to enhance the beautiful sound this car already makes, should I just get new mufflers, catback or test pipes (maybe intake)? I hear the test pipes make the car sound like crap and my one friend who has a Greddy exhaust on his Z... the car is obnoxiously loud. I just want to preserve the nice, super-car like sound she makes

Fast Intentions High Flow Cats. Enhances the stock note of the G with increased volume. Great bang for the buck without getting a totally new exhaust I've found.

Performance chip and exhaust combo

Hey guys, I have been watching the forum ever since I got my car a few months ago. This is the first time I am posting though.

I wanted to get some seasoned veterans' feedback on some mods I am on the market for. So far all I have done to the car is tint the windows and install a Takeda Short Ram Intake. I want to purchase an exhaust and a performance chip next and then get into the appearance aspect a little bit.

Basically I am looking for any insight, experience, knowledge of some good products that will fill my need to mod my car out a little more. Any advice would be good advice.

Thanks.

First off I'm not a big fan of short ram intakes. They sit to close to the motor regardless if it has a heat shield or not. It's going to heat soak bad. Exhaust wise I have top speed pro 1 and I love it. I've heard the XO2 and it wasn't the best sound Ive heard wasn't bad but not worth the money. You can find what I have for 350-400. CAI wise I would change if it were me. I got the injen intake and the filter actually runs down to the front bumper and gets more fresh air than any short ram. You were talking about a chip. Theirs only a few. Hypertech makes one that pretty good but if your tryin to go for the most power and best gas mileage UpRev is the way to go. That's the next thing that I'm going to do. The most noticeable thing I've done to my car either Eibach sway bars or coil overs hands down. I went with the Megan racing street series. Cheap and Well worth the money, rides great you can find a full set of MR coil overs new bout 700; sway bars bout 400. Any other questions just holla at me
