Horn Honks and cruise control blinks set when turning wheel

My horn didn’t work for awhile besides when I set my car alarm. then one day I noticed my cruise control would turn on when i turned the wheel the turned off when it was turned again. On another day I turned my wheel sharp to do a u turn and my horn would not turn off till I have turned the steering wheel again. Also horn goes off after setting the almarm. I have pulled the fuse for the horn but I’m just wondering what can be causing these problems.

I'm guessing a broken clock spring but you need to troubleshoot.

I suggest taking the vehicle to Nissan for a diagnostic if you're unable to follow the steps in the FSM. Otherwise you're going to end up throwing parts at the car which may or may not fix the issue. It's fairly straightforward though you have pinouts for the harness on the spiral cable / clock spring and the pinouts on the harnesses that they go to located in section PG - Power and Grounding. You use a digital multimeter to test continuity of the entire circuit from harness to harness and turn the steering wheel while doing so to see if they break continuity. If you lose continuity on the circuit or if they short out other circuits which is what it sounds like is happening then you can remove the clock spring and test both ends of it to see if circuits are shorting out internally.
