Loaner car dismay
Just got 08 g35 base loaner car and there are no words to describe the condition of the car. 08 with various damages, ranging from broken rear cup holder to minor damage to the right front+ rear fender, wow, how can this be? its an 08 w/ 11,xxx, and it shows wear and tear of an 04 ( no offense for anyone with 04).

Condition of the vehicle is usually and indicator of the owner or people using them. So for there to be that much wear and tear usuallly means whoever has it just doesn't care.
When you get someone who does give a damn about their car, they tend to look newer than they are. I'm sure you've all looked inside certain cars 5+ years old and commented on how well kept it is.

Hence the reason why we LEASE the loaners, and loaners are not eligible for certification. We do maintain the loaners, but we cannot be held responsible for people abusing them...
Loaners usually will end up at public auction and eventually at other dealerships (like CarMax).

Makes me nervous.
