I think Dyenboy summed it up the best. I am most envious of the new M45 coming out.

Same here. I am looking for bank that is easy to rob, so I can get me an M45!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or I could just save for it, and by that time it will have about 1000HP!!!!

the 2003/2004 looks more agressive - you mean agressively looking more outdated?

the 2005 looks more refined and smooth - looks better in any damn way...you damn right

if they don't own a 2003/2004 it means they don't like it enough to buy one - not everyone can shell out 35k at will

those who REALLY LOVE the 2003/2004 look probably bought one already - of course, back then...they only have the older G's for sale

I think most can agree the new look is less agressive - most what? most 03/04 owners ONLY? to save face?

performance upgrades in the 2005 (if its true) - what? you think infiniti going to lie? hello...yes your car will be slower than the 05

I was in the market for a new car in August. I had my chance to buy an 04 (at a significant discount). I chose to wait for the 05.

How many are/were in my position and chose the 04?

Same for me and i saw in june there was a new model coming for 2005 so i decided to wait, last model is always better because they solve a lot of problems of first year and having the last model it's fun and there's always some improvement (engine, equipment etc ...)

Yup. Registered just for that. It should never be such a long thread you know.

You know what, I missed reading an earlier post saying the 03/04 appeals to BMW while the 05 relates to Mercedes and is more femine. This is like the most hilarious thing I've ever heard of. All of a sudden 05 is now a female and 03/04 are male.

If that's the case, how come I didn't see 1 post from a non-G owner? You telling me the company that make your 03/04 is coming out with a female version of your car?

Just take a look at the new thread with pictures of the 2005's. Look at the interior w/real alumunium, now you are really looking at a luxury car.

Agreesive that? Rim this? Bold look? Any more excuses?

05 will have a higher resale value, a more luxury look, more horses no matter how you look at it.

I saw the "05" in person while two of them where being filmed for a commercial in downtown Miami. I too prefer my 03.5 Nismo Aero Kitted sedan. However I do like the new interior, and I could jump for an 05 if I wanted to. But the way I see it my car has become even rarer. I'm not so sure the Aero Kit will still be available. The 05 sedan - coupe insired fascia montone integrated look just doesn't move me. But hey that's why we have choices.

I too prefer my 03.5 Nismo Aero Kitted sedan - "let me guess, hmmmmmm you are a 03/04 owner, BINGO!"

However I do like the new interior - "tired of the fake alumiunum?"

I could jump for an 05 if I wanted to - "you have too much of an ego to do that even though you wanted to"

But the way I see it my car has become even rarer - "yes, they stop making 03's for quite some time"

The 05 sedan coupe insired fascia montone integrated look just doesn't move me - "with the new horses, you won't even be able to catch up to the 05's to watch the hood, don't worry about it"
