^Yes. You have two options though, JDM Kit (actually made by Nissan, OEM fit, finish, and functionality, but $$$) or the Metra Kit cheaper, but also cheaper.

ebay has the metra kit or you can get the JDM double din. check riverside infiniti there normally around like 300 bucks for the jdm one and the metra are like 125-200bucks
