Yea... The cheap walmart buffer does jack. You can probably do more by hand.

You also need to use compound then polish.

anyone know were i can find one of these or its part number so i can order it? for 2007 + models only

I don't think you can order just that part alone.
Probably have to order the entire shifter, and that's likely to be expensive.

Will a 3inch pipe from ypipe back fit on the stock g sedan ypipe? like the megan racing 3 inch catback or the agency power 3 inch cat back

I don't know for sure but if there were some sort of adapter maybe. I don't know if a 3" pipe flange would go to a whatever the stock exhaust sizing is. Try to contact the companies. I am sure that if it is a cat-back and isn't stated that there is additional things you need to purchase to make it work, that it would indeed work.
