What I did was pull the backseat bottom out first, then let the coupe seats sit on the backseat floor facing front. I put flattened computer shipping boxes on the backseat floor to protect it from the coupe seat rails, and between coupe seat back and the backseat. Wrap the ends of coupe seat rails with towels, and be careful not to scratch your paint/trim when getting them in and out of your backseat. Each seat weighs about 50~60 lbs. Hope this helps.

Agreed they will barely fit in the back seat in the 69 position. Just be very careful of the seat rails, they will scratch/puncture your back seats, roof liner, door panel, etc. I used several towels and cardboard when I picked mine up and brought them home.

I never knew/heard of such things.
Actually they might not be aftermarket internals, Link

You just need to match the FCC ID and it should be the same key.

Anyhow, my key is working again I got some Contact Cleaner, the stuff people use to clean Pots, It cleaned off the corrosion and now it works!

I tried it on my other key which died randomly, but it did not work on it, though it did clean up the corrosion on the PCB lol

So if your key stops working go get some Contact Cleaner and a nylon brush and see if that works before forking over 100 bucks to get a key and to program it.

You guys are tempting me to try this.

I would easily pull off the bottom cushion. I was thinking of taking off the pass seat. So i can mount the pass coupe seat in there. So all i have to deal with is the driver seat in the back seat somehow.

Sadly I have to travel about 120 miles for this. So it would **** me off if, i couldn't fit it in the backseat once i got there.

So when you speak of 69. Its exacly how 2 people would do 69 tradionally. Not sideways. I didn't think they could remotely fit because it looks like the door dont open that wide.

The 69 analogy is going way too far

Mine fit in the "traditional 69" way, not sideways.

It would definitely be much easier to just go up there without a passenger seat and just bolt the passenger Coupe seat up and only have to put one seat in the back.

yes and no, doing so would result in SRS light. While we have a DIY somewhere floating around, i've done it on pass nissans i've owned and it doesn't always work.

Plus i still have to stuff one seat in there. One person is coming with me because 50lb seat wedging is a lot easier with 2 bodies VS 1. I pulled out my maxima seat, not as heavy 35-40lb and it was annoying to get out by myself and not damage stuff.

My issue would be if he has it in the lean back position, i would need to power it up to fit better into the backseat.

Its not hard to fit thenlm back there. You just gotta move your front seats up some to give you more room. I drove 2 hrs back and forth to pick mine up. I went wirh a buddy you shoukd do the same so he can help you put em back there.

What's the install like for these seats? Is it an easy direct swap?

Direct swap yes. To get the lower seats to work however requires modification

I wouldn't really say 'deal'
Not too bad, but I've seen individual lights go a little cheaper on eBay

I'd wait also. I paid $100 at a local place for one of mine and $120 on Ebay for the other.
