I'm guessing if i put 19in coupe rims on then install the springs im afraid it will hit that bar since my stock 17 are already almost hitting it

No.

This may give you an idea as to why it doesn't move.

You don't know until you know. You know?

Nice to have a thread where you can all the noob questions.

But yeah its fkking funny sometimes lol

4dgs posted the perfect pic. The upper control arm moves with the rim, rotor, hub assembly. Its attached. The only way you can get closer is by running a massively oversized tire.

It will be noticable but if you want a better, more performance oriented ride then its worth it. If you want a more luxury feel and better comfort than you might need to research some other springs.

Yes, you are removing meat from the tire and getting firmer springs. Its still decently comfortable. It all differs from person to person if its ok or not.

Go with it and see how you like it.

You'll be fine. I'm on 19"s and 350z springs with no issues. The only thing I did was have the rear fenders rolled (sedan).
