I always get loaners from Ray Catena in Edison, even if its an oil change, I dont have time to be there early since I have to be at work early, I just drop off the night before and pick the following evening.. I am having an ongoing issue with the driver's seat and the last time they had to order a part and even asked if I just wanted to keep the loaner for a few days. I opted against it and said ill just make another appointment once the part comes in, but I must say they are always very helpful, and more than generous with loaners...
