Illuminated Kickplates
Mine are now installed.
It took about 45 minutes but that's only because I started out in the driveway and the sun set almost immediately after I started. I was too lazy to pick everything up and move the car into the garage and the stupid flashlight batteries were dead so I worked in almost complete darkness until the wife came home and supplied some headlights for me.
They look great and in daylight, I'd guess this to be about 20-30 minutes tops.
It's not a difficult install if you have confidence.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being hardest, I'd give this a 2 for anyone comfortable with this sort of stuff and maybe a 5 for anyone who's afraid to touch their own car.

I think Lexus is the most plug-n-play design, look at the following, absolutely factory pre-wired for 08 models, only take 2 minutes to install 4 of them! And most important, the plates are made in Lexus' Japan factory!

Question for those that have ordered these all ready. What type of bulb is used to illuminate the plates? Wonder if you can change that out to match the other LEDs int he car. Hmmmmmmm . . . . .anyone know.

Side note, yes I'm Taiwanese
.
wooo just installed mine today, they look amazing i ordered them from my local infiniti dealership because i get wholesale discounts from them since my family owns a shop here in jersey. paid 175 for them and it took me about 25-30 minutes to install them.
valuable piece of advice though when you remove the old ones have some wax or some sort of paint cleaner ready because the illuminated ones are SLIGHTLY shorter so you might see where the old ones were.
