You can access the Diagnostics and Adjustments menu system by:

- Start car
- Turn audio system off
- Hold down the SETTINGS button and turn the audio volume **** in either direction until you hear a beep
- Release SETTINGS button...Welcome to the Diagnostics Menu

That's cool to know! Haven't had a chance to try it yet but what type of stuff does this allow you to diagnose? Can it read its own obd codes?

I verified the volume **** method works for a 2007 sedan. That's pretty cool.

I also tried the alternative method of holding the up-arrow and back-button. This did not bring up the diagnostic screen for me, but it did something. All the leds on the console (climate controls, etc.) were lit up and I couldn't control the radio or climate controls.

Restarting the car restored normal operation.

Is it possible to reprogram my car so that when I unlock it and roll down the windows only 2 front ones roll down? Right now all 4 roll down.

In the sunglass holder? Good Lord, what are you using, a .25cal? My S&W 38 snubby wouldn't fit in there.

I have a small north american arms 22 mag. But I think a kel-tec will also fit.

There may be some slick way, but with just 14 posts, you could always just re-read them to find it.

My carry is a SW 360pd in 357 mag. No dice for me. I put it in the map holder behind the passenger seat. Easy reach and since it is black It doesn't stand out. My car has dark tinted windows and I have black leather so nobody can see it from outside.

I am in the process of cutting a slot in the styrofoam covering the spare to fit my FNH FiveseveN for longer journeys and extra fire power

Dang, I'm glad I don't ever have a need to carry.
