It's really easy to change them out. Do any of you guys want to buy my wheel so you guys can do what ever you want to?

You can do them yourself and give it to a local paint shop to paint them. That's what i did. And they look so much better.

Had my wheel and handles repaced a year ago. New ones are holding up so far.

Had my steering wheel and drivers switch...

trim replaced, no questions asked. I tried to get them to go ahead and replace the other three trim plates and they said they couldn't until they showed damage (I don't have that many passengers and so no damage yet). It might be a rough time for my car between now and the end of warranty.

I got my steering wheel and both door pulls replaced no questions asked. They even volunteered to replace the steering trim panel as well. My local dealership is in Duluth, GA. They have always been great and give top notch service every time.

Luther Infiniti in Bloomington MN saw the chipping wheel and offered to replace it, I made an appointment. They balked at the shifter, saying it's from rings... Only I don't wear any. I'll sand it myself, at least the wheel was taken care of. Thanks to all forum posters, you motivated me to complain.

I recently had my steerign wheel replaced at the Ft. Lauderdale Sunrise dealership. No charge. the tech looked at it and stated as long as it wasn't done previously it was okay ot have it done. my warranty expires at the end of July.

I wrapped my steering wheel bezel in CF and plastidip'd my door pulls. took less time to do this then it would to just drive to my local infiniti dealer

I'd rather just paint everything gloss black next time

*Finally* got my new wheel installed. All ok, all buttons functional. I can confirm the leather is as if it came right off the cow. Have to get some hand grease on it to soften and shine.

Hey, I was wondering if any Canadian dealers fixed this problem for anyone here??

I have the same issue and i left the car to the dealer today... we will see what they say, but if anyone got theirs fixed in any Canadian dealer it might strength my hand against negative answers
thank you guys
