People are a little sensitive on this forum. A lot of members say that if you try to save even a little amount of money then you shouldn't have a G but should have a Civic. Apparently if you own a G you should pay top dollar for everything and have unlimited money to throw away unnecessarily.

Yeah I know about the plenum spacer. Might do it soon. I'd like to add about 50-75hp without going with a blower or turbo. I doubt it is possible.
I also would like to improve the handling w/o only a small sacrifice to the ride and would like to not lower the car very much at all. I think i was told to go for the coupe springs.
and over cousre i don't want to spend too much
Could the 05-06 rear section be fitted to the 03-04 for the same look? Perhaps even do both if you want the tips to stick out further. I have the Nismo lip and from some angles it looks like I have no muffler.

1) The muffler will make your exhaust quieter because the can is a quite bigger
2) You'll need to buy an additional bracket to make the muffler work
3) You'll have to spend $80+ to get a used muffler plus the shipping.
IMO, the Altima tips would be the way to go. The size of the tips and the flush fitment to the muffler can looks entirely OEM and subtley aggressive.

I'm considering doing the ttrank relocate/dual exit route, and I'm trying to decide on mufflers and tips.

As for the tips, I can't decide if I want 3.5, 4.0, or 4.5 inch. The stock size for an 04 coupe appears to be 3.5, and it looks great, but I think it might look a little better at 4 inches. Won't really know until I put them up to the car.

Hey Dave,
Just wanted to check with you to see how these Fat Boys are holding up.. any need to tack weld these monsters to the muffler at all.. or are they "holding on" on their own? i keep seeing these giants on Nissan's on my commute to work... i think they would really finish off the OEM system I just completed, quite well... the stock tips are almost non-existent when you 're up close to the rear of the car.. ya almost have to step back to see them.. where's the joy in THAT!?!
Any ways.. thought I'd drop a line to see how they been behavin' for ya on the day to day life of a G35 sedan!!
