Yes, 2007 was the first year for the HR ('07 sedan and Z).

so whats the final verdict on the G37c y-pipe? is it just as good as the 350Zhr pipe?

Dealer for sure and they usually slide on. In general some have 10mm bolts hold them on.

They're new tips for the exhaust, and they look WAY better.

I just never knew where to acquire them and how they attached.

Speaking of which, what exactly do I ask for at the dealership? FatBoy Altima exhaust tips?

go on ebay, find an altima that has them, use that vin, order from that vin. Thats how I buy from the dealer when its off another car.

yes it fits

hi i know im new i read daves thread on y pipes i went on and got a nismo stock mufler and mid pipe a week ago i just got the g37 y pipe i have a 2003 350z i took it to a mufler guy just in case he had to weld did not hapend bolted on like the y pipe wzzz made for mi car no isues what so ever i took some pics i im going to post them soon

I just picked up a y pipe from a 2007 350z without gaskets.

I know that we reuse the bolts from our sedan y pipe, but can we also reuse those gaskets as well?

Depending on the mileage you have, you can reuse your gaskets. I used mine when they installed my HR Y pipe.

I had it installed a few months ago at 29,000 miles .... I'm at 31,300 now....no problems leaks whatsoever
