Hi Tony,

Quick question...
Do these future Motordyne Test Pipes/ HFC have built in Foulers to deal with the SES (CEL) codes prone on the '05~'07 G's?

Just curious.

Sounds great!

Although it sounds like it drones like the topspeed. Does it drone like the topspeed or is it just really loud an your camera picked up everything?

If you get a chance you should post up pics like you did with the X02 exhaust, those were really helpful pics.

^ Looks like the original shockwave to me, I don't see the branch resonators.

Speaking of which, I can't wait to get the new v2! Any ETA on when they'll be available for purchase Tony?

+1 for the dual VQ sleeper quiet mufflers (as long as they don't rob too much power).

Have any of your testers (Raj?) dyno'ed their cars with a set of your prototypes? Does anyone have any sound clips? I'de be happy to test these out on my 06' G35 TT 5AT on a dyno if you would like. I'm currently running FI's Intimidator and their hi-flow cats and I would LOVE to get ride of the drone and the really deep exhaust note at idle.

NOTE: Tony, I'm the guy that called you from Houston about a month ago interested in testing these for you if that jogs your memory.

I don't think anyone's tested the vq prototype yet. I couldve, after testing the shockwave 2, but I wasn't interested in a sleeper exhaust haha. No dynos though.

LOL You drive like I do when on the interchange.

Well, the long tubes certainly give a different flavor of sound compared to regular test pipes.

From inside the car do you notice any rasp?

And how does this compare to your prior exhaust?

Tony

Raj should have all the parts by now. I expect he will post on it shortly.

But note, he is doing an unusually in depth comparison. Raj will be using an audio RTA to get a spectrum analysis for each.

This should be interesting.

Tony

PS I have the V2's being worked on now but since it requires a all new muffler design for the sidebranch resonator it will be a little time to get it done.

I'm not in the market for an exhaust just yet, but as a potential buyer I can say that (a) I'm really interested in your products because there seems to be a solid consensus that all your work/product is top notch but (b) most of them are too loud for my liking as I'd like to have a much more sleeper build.

So, cliff notes, a dual sleeper VQ style would be awesome for me
