I came back from Riverside Infiniti today.
I asked for other warranty works in addition to steering wheel / door panel.
They are way more than COOL
No question asked, no hassle what so ever. Everything was covered under the warranty. Well, I have to go back since Riverside didn't have steering wheel which they ordered for me.
I am very impressed the way Riverside Infiniti handles warranty work.
No wonder why every forum member give two thumbs up to Riverside Infiniti.

Last Thursday I took my 07 G35 Sedan in to see if Sewell Infiniti in Dallas would replace the peeling steering wheel and door/armrests under warranty.
Not only did they do that, but pointed out that the left side of the dash, above the speedometer, was starting to come up. This is apparently an issue which they have been seeing. They replaced it under warranty.
I now have a brand new steering wheel which has a different material, as well as new door grips with a non-scratch material.
The new steering wheel is definitely rougher to the touch, but is similar to the steering wheel in the 2010 G37 sedan they loaned me.
So, if you're in Dallas and you're under warranty (I had 1,000 miles left), take your vehicle to Sewell. The service there is unmatched.
On a side-note, I didn't like the new G37 sedan very much. It's supposed to be faster, but something about the way the auto seemed slower. It didn't have that 'oh $(#!' factor when accelerating. Regardless, I'm glad to have my baby back and looking like new!
