thanks a lot for the tutorials and the info, i was able to smoothly change my clock bulbs into leds.
the removal of the dash took some time and patience, but the remainder was smooth. i got white leds, and they give this nice blueish color as well ...
thank God it worked out great!

Thank you for the info, but do you know any places to get those bulb beside fry's? I search it online, it have to be 100 bulbs per order.

wtf? go to autolumination.com and get the 30% brighter bulbs.

you can go to an electronic parts place and get one for about $0.30

My amber lights went off the other day after 6 months of having them. I'm going to have to check what's going, hopefully it's nothing serious because I don't want the stealer charging and arm and a leg to fix a tiny thing.

Anybody tried the dual SMT ones? They should be about 2x as bright as the "30% brighter" ones



I think I might order a pair.

yup i got those in my car now, you may have to remove the leds from the base and swap bases with the stock bulbs, i couldn't get those to fit with that base.

Just untwist the wires on both bulbs/leds and swap out, if you have trouble let me know, they are nice.
