Are you waiting a while after taking them out of the oven before trying to pry them apart? You shouldn't wait more than a minute to start prying them apart.
Are you sure you removed the 3 screws from the back of the headlight that hold the lense to the base?
After slightly prying the tabs all along the side of the headlight, start from the bottom of the headlight. You can use a flat head screwdriver to help spred the lense apart from the base

i used bumper coating paint from duplicolor, the finish is nice and smooth. But after just a week I'm starting to see hazing from inside at the top of the light. Right on top around the area of the projector hid bulb. I think the heat from the bulb is making the paint haze the lenses. Like paint fumes from the heat. Do you think this can be cleanned up?
