the adjuster just left 10 minutes ago - he said that its a obvious total loss (OTL).. he didnt ask me any questions really. he seemed like he really felt my pain. he told me if it was him in this situation that he would go after the broker for making it a business policy to save me money but lying about the values of my vehicles. awhhh this sucks.
