she just told me that they would give me NO more then 15k if it is considered a total loss.. (which i knew from looking at the insurance paperwork) but im still waiting for the adjuster to call and come see it.. this seems like its gonna be a loooooong process.

 

don’t throw in the towel... life brings challenges... this is one on life’s tests - how you handle it is part of growing and learning... even though this is bad I'm sure you've faced worse and there will be worse... as hard as it is to work though it, just try to stay positive.

yep i got my entire car repainted so nothing was off with the new kit. and i got it tuned a little over a month ago. everything was perfect. i WAS done with it for the most part.. only other thing i wanted to do to it was build the motor..

i have no idea! my broker was looking at the pictures of it.. and i told her it was a showcar.. she never even asked me about the cars options.. only thing she cared about was mileage.

does anyone know anything about a 'errors and omissions' law? - my aig rep mentioned something about that..

ANY car can be insured, regardless of street-legal status. I'm sure there are individuals on this board with track-only cars insured (albiet, it gets rather expensive; I purchase single days of insurance for HPDEs)
