Automatically process the Navi OK screen
I just ordered mine. Now I need to figure out what I did with my soldering iron...it's been forever since I have soldered anything. And what other way to start again than on a car that's less than 10 days old??
Guys, there are a few more days left before the price goes up to the MSRP of $99.99. This will be the only chance to get this module at a discount for a while!
cnugs, sorry to hear about your car - hopefully everything works out for you!

Now I know why we haven't heard from Kevin in a few days, he's been busy at the factory. Module arrived today, lickedy split. Many thanks. I'll be installing when my radar detector arrives so I can work them both at the same time.
haha, actually I'm in Myrtle Beach on vacation with very limited internet access!
I'll be back posting as normal this Sunday.
It was last week that I was pumping out these modules - I don't normally make the modules myself but I've made all 25 or so of these that have shipped! It's kept me busy.

I would like to buy this, but I am awful at stuff like this and I wouldn't even attempt this install. Does anyone know of a good reputable place in Orlando to get the install done?

hey Kevin. remember the issue i had with the stuck OK button a while back? well it reared it's head the other day, but the kicker is that it never went away after driving for a few minutes like last time.
i played around with the wiring harness to the module while everything was energized.. wiggling it brought functionality back. i ended up slightly bending all of the male connectors on the module so that it would make stronger contact with the harness.. so far all is good.
at least the problem is known and understood now. just FYI.

My offer still stands - if you would like a final production version instead of the "Field tester prototype" version I have them in stock now. There is no difference in the acual hardware but the production circuit boards look much nicer!

It's not a life-altering mod, but a very convenient mod!
